Description
Vin Santo is the drink of friendship. In Italy, traditionally if you
visited a farm that produced this wine, they would, as a sign
of hospitatity, pull out their version and a plate of biscotti.

Tasting Note
Burnished gold-amber colour with aromas of raisin, candied
citrus rind, marmalade, rancio, and Christmas cake. Medium-
sweet, ripely fruity and yet elegant too. Not at all cloying – just
yummy goodness. Medium bodied with a long, pretty finish.
Enjoy with biscotti, pecan tarts or aged cheeses.
